Krea 2 learned from long, plain-English captions, and its best results come from prompts written the same way. Krea’s guide prompts almost always move through the same six beats, in this order:

Subject — who or what, with the details that make it specific (age, material, colour, pose).
Setting — where it is and what surrounds it.
Framing — close-up, low angle, wide shot, lens.
Light — the direction and quality of the light.
Texture and medium — film stock, grain, paint, cel shading, vinyl.

Short prompts vs long prompts

Short prompts give Krea 2 room to bring its own taste — often a good thing for mood pieces. Long prompts are how you get the picture you had in mind. How long should a Krea 2 prompt be?

Longer than you would write for most models. Krea’s own prompting guide uses full descriptive sentences — often 60 to 150 words — covering the subject, setting, framing, light and medium. One-line prompts still work, as the short examples on this page show, but Krea 2 fills the gaps with its own taste, so the result drifts further from what you pictured.

How do I get Krea 2 to write text in an image?
